A long summer, the aftereffects of lock-down still have made its mark on many of us. It can be hard to find motivation and the right protocol to ensure fast and efficient results.
Many of us forget that sleep, stress, and our mental health have an impact on our body, its ability to lose weight and or get back in shape. Therefore, we have, in close collaboration with nutrition expert and yoga teacher Kristine Bernhoft, put together our own health and weight-loss bootcamp. Here you can choose between a 4-week or 3-month journey. This unique protocol is based on three main pillars: cold and heat treatments, food and movement. With this, you can get back in shape, lose weight and improve your overall wellbeing. Fast and efficiently.

Everyone can join no matter gender or age. Sessions are twice a week, at our studio in Palægade 2, 1261 København K.

Choose between an intensive 4-week or a 3-month program for a life changing committed turnover.

YOUR MEAL PLAN:

You will enjoy a delicious and nutritious healthy meal plan. This will help your body to clean out and support your body’s natural detoxification processes to help eliminate toxins, get your digestion moving, boost immunity, increase energy levels and boost weight-loss.

YOUR FITNESS PLAN:

Our bootcamp program includes an EMS Training* session twice a week.
We will furthermore guide you with a personal exercise schedule. This will meet your level in order to complement your meal plan, treatments and detoxification.

YOUR TREATMENT PLAN:

Twice a week at our studio, you will go through a combination of cold, heat and light therapy to burn calories, boost metabolism, detox and rejuvenate your body and mind. Furthermore, the program includes a biweekly Cryo Body Contouring treatment to reduce unwanted fat depots – for good. This is combined with a lymphatic drainage treatment to detoxify and flush out the dead fat cells.

YOUR CONSULTATION PLAN:

A consultation will take place twice, once in the beginning of the program and in the end, with our nutrition expert, based on the length of your bootcamp. Additionally, we will follow-up with you to ensure that you stay motivated, that you keep your protocols for the highest impact and achieve results on your bootcamp.

YOUR SUPPLEMENT PLAN:

After your first consultation, our nutrition expert will recommend which supplement will support your body the best. This is based on your symptoms, age and condition.
