Louise is our in-house doctor and offers health consultations & tests in our studio to assess your overall health and address any specific conditions or diseases. Louise is a medical doctor trained in family medicine and has worked in primary care for the past 10 years, while she also holds a degree in Integrated Medicine from the University of Arizona. Her approach focuses highly on health optimization and disease prevention, where she works from a holistic and integrated perspective. 

Louise is passionate about helping people live a healthier life and combines the best of conventional medicine with the best of complementary and alternative medicine.

Health Advisor, EMS trainer and trainer in functional training

Karen is a health advisor at One Thirty Labs. She has a bachelor in Nutrition and Health, and a long experience in optimising general health and lifestyle issues. Karen biohacks for a higher quality of life and better health – with among other things – periodic fasting, diet, sleep optimisation and Infrared Sauna.

She likes to educate her clients to understand the language of their body, listen to the signals it sends and share knowledge and personal experience to inspire them to improve their health.

“With me, your consultation and following health plan or program is based on you, your everyday life and your life situation. Therefore, the initial consultation is largely focusing on getting to know you and your situation and, if desired, we take one of the studio’s many tests so that we can also uncover any physical imbalances. From there, I will guide you with specific nutritional and lifestyle adjustments that will optimise your quality of life.

I guide based on a combination of Nutrition and Health – as well as Functional Medicine principles.

Chronic disorders, hormonal imbalance and skin problems are among my core competencies, but you are welcome to book an appointment with me, whether you suffer from major health challenges or want to optimise your health for other reasons.

Amanda is a certified Clinical Dietitian with a diverse range of experience in the health sector. She has further developed her expertise through self-experimentation, advising clients, friends and family as well as through her internships at a Diabetes Center and two Danish hospitals.

Her experience has given her a holistic understanding of health, with her primary goal to assist you with any health-related issues or inquiries you may have.

“My main goal at One Thirty Labs is to assist you with any health-related issues or inquiries you may have. I possess an extensive knowledge of nutrition and health, but I’m also equipped to guide you on matters related to sleep, exercise, and mindfulness

I’m a firm believer that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to health, and you’ll experience this personalised focus during a consultation with me. I’m proud of my deep understanding of nutrition, which stems from my education as a clinical dietitian and my commitment to continuously broaden my knowledge on my own.
