With a long career in the advertising and media industry – a busy life as a female entrepreneur, a mother and co-owner of several companies – long working days combined with an active social life and many traveling days a year, began to make its marks on my energy levels, health, and appearance.

Simone is the studio manager of One Thirty Labs. She has several educations within the field of Health.  Besides her educational background, Simone has 20 years of experience with different yoga practices Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Hot & Cold treatments. 

Simone has always been curious about longevity, and how we can spend our energy wisely. One of the key pillars in her own routines is the Ayurvedic system. Based on it, she focuses her own health optimisation with balance in mind, while listening to her mind and body.

Sine has a background in the creative industry working as a chef, photographer, stylist, graphic designer and the list goes on. Sine have always felt a strong calling to dive deep into the mysteries of life. She has studied hypnotherapy, breathwork and numerous holistic systems such as Human Design and Gene Keys, all of which radically transformed her life.

Sine considers herself to be a lifelong student of the mind and the subconsciousness, understanding and recognizing patterns, universal laws, quantum physics and epigenetics. She firmly believes that we are the creators of our own reality and that we in every moment are being shaped by our environment – internally as externally – leaving only ourselves in the driver’s seat, when it comes to how we want to live life.

Sine’s approach to everything she does is rooted in deep embodiment. In her opinion, the best way we can guide and teach others is by having applied the teachings and practices to our own lives first, having felt the effects on our own mind, body, and spirit, and thus being able to guide from that place.

My name is Signe Søndergaard, and I have a BA in Nutrition and Health from Copenhagen University of Applied Sciences. I believe that health is much more than just a superficial state – it is a deeply rooted balance of nutrition, well-being and personal development. With my expertise in Nutrition and Health as well as the principles from Functional Medicine & Nutrition, I am here to explore and understand your unique journey towards well-being.

My passion is to translate complex health concepts into easy-to-understand steps that create noticeable change in your everyday life. Through personal 1:1 consultations and customized courses, together we uncover the areas where you can optimize your state of health and improve your quality of life.

Karen is a health advisor at One Thirty Labs. She has an education in Nutrition and Health, and a lot of experience in optimizing general health and lifestyle issues. Karen biohacks for a higher quality of life and better health – with among other things – periodic fasting, diet, sleep optimization and Infrared Sauna.

She likes to educate her clients to understand the language of their body, listen to the signals it sends and share knowledge and personal experience to inspire them to improve their health.

Amanda is a certified Clinical Dietitian with a diverse range of experience in the health sector. She has further developed her expertise through self-experimentation, advising clients, friends and family as well as through her internships at a Diabetes Center and two Danish hospitals. 

Her experience has given her a holistic understanding of health, with her primary goal to assist you with any health-related issues or inquiries you may have.

Katerina used to be a professional ballerina, trained from the age of 6, but over the years, she gained a deep reverence for yoga. Her deep interest took her to the Shivananda Vedanta Ashram and yoga school in India. In her teachings, she combines her deep experience with movement, breathwork and meditation and a strong passion for fueling self-love and care. Katerina shares her practices for you to find your inner balance. Because from inner balance comes joy, peace, and grace.

Natascha holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and has a corporate background, but after many years of working in an industry that wasn’t for her, causing chronic stress, Natascha found her way back to herself through yoga after living abroad for many years. This path of self-discovery resulted in a yoga teacher certificate and a curious pursuit on how to live her best life from a holistic viewpoint – and how to guide others to do the same. 

Natascha is currently studying to become a Health & Nutrition Coach, wanting to continue to support others finding balance in their lives physically, mentally and spiritually. This is also how her path has led her to One Thirty Labs, giving her the opportunity to guide others towards their health- and wellness goals through our different treatment approaches to health and longevity.

Benedikte offers health consultations & tests in our studio to assess your overall health and address any specific conditions or diseases. Benedikte has worked as a GM for 10 years in the established system. She has experience from many different specialties, mostly from anesthesiology and general practice.

In addition, she has taught on the ambulance treatment course in disease theory, cell biology, pharmacology and supervised as well as taught science theory and writing assignments.

She is now working on specializing in Functional Medicine, and is passionate about spreading personalized medicine, with the best possible scientific support.

Sophia Frayia has a master’s degree in health promotion and prevention. In addition, she has refined her experience through several years of work in the whole food industry and by advising clients.

Her interest in health and wellness arose when she herself experienced severe stress and problems with her skin, which led to a greater focus on holistic health and lifestyle optimization.

Sophia Frayia is also the author of the book “Heal, Glow and Balance”, which focuses on optimizing physical, mental and spiritual health and helps people to regain balance in life. Her curiosity and desire to help others with their health has also led her to One Thirty Labs, where she feels she can really make a difference.

Meet Tina, our experienced nurse. Tina is a qualified nurse with a passion for helping individuals achieve balanced and healthy skin. She finds fulfillment in witnessing the continual enhancement of her patients skin health and guiding them through this transformative journey.

The treatment process involves a collaborative effort with your body and skin – Tina provides insights based on the specific situation that will contribute to achieving your desired results. Tina will be performing our newest PRP and mesotherapy treatments.

All with the purpose of guiding people’s journeys towards a greater understanding of themselves and help them take responsibility for their own health.
