With a long career in the advertising and media industry – a busy life as a female entrepreneur, a mother and co-owner of several companies – long working days combined with an active social life and many traveling days a year, began to make its marks on my energy levels, health, and appearance.

Steffen is on a very important mission to reduce stress and optimise the health of employees in corporate businesses. The well-being of employees is more important than ever and there are some scary numbers out there. The constant stress of our daily lives often leaves us drained and in need of a physical and mental reboot. But it can be difficult to find the time and energy to incorporate this into a busy everyday life.

Steffen says: “I want to share my knowledge and personal experience to inspire people to improve their own health.”

Manager

Simone is the studio manager of One Thirty Labs. She has several educations within the field of Health.  Besides her educational background, Simone has 20 years of experience with different yoga practices Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Hot & Cold treatments. 

Simone has always been curious about longevity, and how we can spend our energy wisely. One of the key pillars in her own routines is the Ayurvedic system. Based on it, she focuses her own health optimisation with balance in mind, while listening to her mind and body.

In-house doctor

Louise is our in-house doctor and offers health consultations & tests in our studio to assess your overall health and address any specific conditions or diseases. Louise is a medical doctor trained in family medicine and has worked in primary care for the past 10 years, while she also holds a degree in Integrated Medicine from the University of Arizona. Her approach focuses highly on health optimization and disease prevention, where she works from a holistic and integrated perspective. 

Louise is passionate about helping people live a healthier life and combines the best of conventional medicine with the best of complementary and alternative medicine.

Health advisor

Karen is a health advisor at One Thirty Labs. She has an education in Nutrition and Health, and a lot of experience in optimizing general health and lifestyle issues. Karen biohacks for a higher quality of life and better health – with among other things – periodic fasting, diet, sleep optimization and Infrared Sauna.

She likes to educate her clients to understand the language of their body, listen to the signals it sends and share knowledge and personal experience to inspire them to improve their health.

Health advisor

Amanda is a certified Clinical Dietitian with a diverse range of experience in the health sector. She has further developed her expertise through self-experimentation, advising clients, friends and family as well as through her internships at a Diabetes Center and two Danish hospitals. 

Her experience has given her a holistic understanding of health, with her primary goal to assist you with any health-related issues or inquiries you may have.

Yoga

Helen combines dynamic yoga flows to upbeat tunes with deep mobility work, leaving you feeling energised and relaxed. Her classes are light and joyful, but also invite to go deeper and explore the connection to oneself. Whether you are looking for an entryway into yoga practice or a strong foundation to build upon, all levels are welcome. 

saszeline sørensen

Breathwork & meditation teacher

Together with One Thirty Labs, Saszeline teaches breathwork and meditation sessions to include more mindfulness to our everyday lives.

She focuses her work on healing and mental well-being. This work has led her to open ‘The Assana’ – a healing house with space for therapy, coaching, mental wellness, breathwork, energy medicine and much more. All with the purpose of guiding people’s journeys towards a greater understanding of themselves and responsibility for their own health.

Yoga

Katerina used to be a professional ballerina, trained from the age of 6, but over the years, she gained a deep reverence for yoga. Her deep interest took her to the Shivananda Vedanta Ashram and yoga school in India. In her teachings, she combines her deep experience with movement, breathwork and meditation and a strong passion for fueling self-love and care. Katerina shares her practices for you to find your inner balance. Because from inner balance comes joy, peace, and grace.

Psychologist & health advisor

Natascha holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and has a corporate background, but after many years of working in an industry that wasn’t for her, causing chronic stress, Natascha found her way back to herself through yoga after living abroad for many years. This path of self-discovery resulted in a yoga teacher certificate and a curious pursuit on how to live her best life from a holistic viewpoint – and how to guide others to do the same. 

Natascha is currently studying to become a Health & Nutrition Coach, wanting to continue to support others finding balance in their lives physically, mentally and spiritually. This is also how her path has led her to One Thirty Labs, giving her the opportunity to guide others towards their health- and wellness goals through our different treatment approaches to health and longevity. 

nickolai damgaard

EMS trainer and high performance coach

Nickolai is a biohacker, author and high-performance coach. He is one of the leading biohackers in Denmark and author of the book “Gør mindre end du plejer”, which is about intermittent fasting. 

He also has a background as a personal trainer and EMS instructor, and on rare occasions you can be lucky enough to catch an EMS training session with him. Though his busy life as speaker and coach often leave little time for his EMS classes.

Gry Emily Thelander is a holistic health guide and energy healer as well as a kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. 

She has an extensive background in health and healing, which she has practised for more than two decades, as a Body Therapist, Reflex Zone Therapist, certified Health & Business Coach and as a Clinical Dietitian. Gry is very passionate about guiding people towards self-mastery, inner strength, vitality, joy and good health.
