STRENGTH TRAINING:

Our specialised strength training sessions with EMS Training are designed to help you maintain and build bone density and muscle strength, keeping you agile and strong. Additionally, the weekly yoga classes will help you slow down, ease stress and thus balance your hormones & boost your mood.

CRYOTHERAPY:

WEEKLY PERSONAL CHECK-INS:

Our health advisors will be your biggest support during the program. They will coach you through the changes needed to make for optimal balance, where you will get personalised advice on nutrition, training and treatments. The exact content of the consultations will be based on your symptoms and unique situation. No matter if you are just starting to feel the easy symptoms of peri-menopause or are experiencing full-on hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause.

The talk is on November 8th at 17:30.

AYURVEDIC APPROACH TO BALANCING HORMONES:

Charlotte Bech is one of the leading Ayurvedic practitioners & doctors. She will talk about menopause from an Ayurvedic perspective, on how to balance your hormones & share every day hacks you can easily do at home to regulate what is unbalanced.

The talk is on October 10th at 17:00.
