The evidence-based Slim Packages are designed by our experienced therapists and dieticians to help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently. Our unique combination of treatments ensures you better results faster, with a combination of cold and heat therapy, lymphatic massage, body contouring and – for our ultimate package, we have added EMS training to tone your body and achieve a sustained weight loss.

Depending on how ambitious your goals are, your timeline and starting point, we have defined two types of packages that include different weekly treatments.

Our treatment packages can be purchased on a monthly basis, and it’s up to you how long you would like to continue the program with us. Choose whether you would like to run a 1-, 2- or 3-month program – or longer. If you are in doubt, we will find the optimal time period together.

For best results when it comes to weight loss and body toning, we normally recommend a 2–3-month program to begin with.

A sustainable weight loss journey takes time, and a healthy weight loss is depending on the individual starting point and goals.
The different treatments have a metabolic boosting effect. If you put all the treatments together you can burn from 2,200-3,800 calories weekly, depending on your body type, diet and daily NEAT.

Generally speaking, if you miss a week of treatments, you can of course jump back into your plan. However, for faster and most efficient results it will be best if you are consistent and diligent with your treatments at least four to six weeks before any break. If your downtime is longer than two weeks, we recommend that we re-evaluate your comeback strategy together to ensure you the best possible results.

We can of course adjust your journey if you have to. We will make a work around your schedule due to work, holiday etc. If you are also having an extended restitution or a break from training, as your body is making hormonal adaptations, nervous system adaptations, and tissue building. Adaptation is unique to each individual and varies due to training age and work tolerance in proximity to the genetic ceiling. A gym newbie may recover from this quickly – within 24 hours – while an advanced trainee may require months to disrupt homeostasis and adapt to higher training levels.

We know that life happens and the more we are able to adapt, the more we can evolve.

Together we can help you coordinate your training so it fits your treatments in a beneficial and efficient way. You will most likely experience that your training and post-workout recovery is much more efficient when combined with our treatments, such as the EMS training.
You will need a minimum of 72 hour break between each EMS session to give your body enough time to naturally recover after each session. Our clients, who use Whole Body Cryo or Infrared Sauna after exercising, claim that they’ve experienced faster rejuvenation and anti-inflammatory benefits.

You do not have to follow a strict diet but combining a healthy and balanced diet with your treatments will give you better results.
By making simple changes to your diet, incorporating better eating habits and understanding how your body and mind work, you can achieve great results.

It’s a very effective way of destressing and relaxing your body, and at the same time leaving you feeling more energised and fresh.

The hot and cold combination is used together in an alternating pattern to create a “pumping” action in the circulatory system by restricting circulation to reduce swelling and then increasing circulation in your whole body. Especially the Infrared Sauna is more effective in moving toxins through the skin compared to a traditional saunas. This is due to the fact that in a far Infrared Sauna only 80-85% of the sweat is water with the non-water portion being cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, toxic heavy metals, sulfuric acid, sodium, ammonia and uric acid.
Heat increases skin and joint temperature, as well improves blood circulation and muscle relaxation and decreases joint stiffness. Cold will numb the pain, decrease swelling, constrict blood vessels and block nerve impulses to the joint, and give you increased energy and alertness, as well as a metabolism boost.

The combination of the different treatments and nutrition is crucial to the outcome. Everything is tailed after your wishes and goals. If you wish to not lose weight the training is more focused on building long lean muscles, implementing more pilates and yoga, helping you to stay healthy and toned.

An Infrared Sauna can operate at a lower temperature that is between 48.8°C and 64°C degrees compared to a traditional sauna, which is typically between 65.56°C and 82.2°C. It heats up the body from within ensuring a much more efficient detox compared to a traditional sauna. Only about 20 percent of the heat goes to heat the air and the other 80 percent directly heats your body.

At very high levels it can get a bit uncomfortable, but not painful. You are trained by an educated EMS instructor who will make sure to guide you under controlled and safe conditions.
