about the treatment

It’s vital that we give our bodies the utmost care they deserve, and that includes our legs. Compression Therapy is basically about ensuring a healthy blood flow and circulation. The compression suit uses compressed air to massage your limbs, which helps mobilize excess fluid “trapped” in your tissue and improve circulation in your body.

Poor circulation occurs when blood vessels and arteries narrow, making it hard for blood to pass through. Compression Therapy works by adding pressure to the treated areas, allowing the veins in the limbs to loosen. This process decreases venous pressure, reduces water-retention, and aids the body in moving blood towards the heart. It also engages “lymphatic flush”, which facilitates the removal of waste, swelling, and inflammation from the body.

Compression Therapy is an excellent way to accelerate recovery and optimise your physical performance, but also very efficient if you have a tendency to get “heavy” or swollen legs in general, or after travelling. It can also help to prevent cellulite and varicose veins. Our infrared compression suit can furthermore help relieve bloatedness around the stomach area.

Our Compression Therapy comes in two versions. One focused on the legs only, and the other one with Infrared heat, which besides the leg and feet, also includes compression parts for the stomach and arms.

Who is it for?
Often used by athletes and people who work out a lot, Compression Therapy is also highly recommended for anyone who spends long periods of time sitting, standing or traveling – or pregnant women, who often experience achy, swollen legs. Furthermore, it is great to use after any fat freezing treatments to help the body get rid of the dead fat cells.
