why infrared sauna?
The infrared treatment supports the body’s processes in several important areas and helps rid the body of toxins while cleansing the skin with excess sweating.
Sweating is one of the best ways and actually, one of the only ways to flush out chemicals and heavy metals that are present in our bodies today. We live in a world full of toxic substances. It’s everywhere in our environment. It’s in the air. It’s in the food, water, beauty products, household products, medications, electronics and it’s pretty impossible to avoid.
What happens is basically that our system gets overloaded. It’s not designed to process that many toxins, which in the end can lead to several chronic and autoimmune conditions and other diseases. That’s why detox is needed to cleanse the body from the inside to remove toxins and heavy metals.
Advances in technology have allowed us to take detox one step further with the invention of infrared saunas. They penetrate far deeper than the regular sauna, thus, providing deeper detoxification. With an infrared sauna, individual panels produce infrared waves that penetrate human tissue. As a result of the deep penetrating infrared heat, the body releases more toxins, and you either sweat them out, or they’re eliminated through other organs like kidneys or colon. Deep, cellular sweating is key to detoxify and energise your body.
Multiple studies have looked into using infrared saunas in the treatment of different health issues, such as high blood pressure, stress, fatigue, joint pain and found clinical evidence of these benefits.
Another important benefit of the infrared sauna is the creation of heat shock proteins. The infrared sauna optimizes and increases the heat shock proteins in your body and brain, leading to increased longevity and lifespan. Your heat shock proteins need to be renewed over time, otherwise, it leads to placking in your arteries and brain, which can lead to Alzheimer’s and dementia. Studies have shown a 60-65% decrease in the chance of getting Dementia and Alzheimer’s by doing sauna regularly.
But why only take our word for it?
